Natural Science Overview
Natural science is a discipline of science that aims to comprehend natural occurrences or natural processes. This is in contrast to theoretical disciplines (such as mathematics or philosophy), which seek to develop hypotheses to explain natural facts.
Natural science is a broad discipline with five distinct divisions. These are the following:

What is Astronomy?
The observation of celestial bodies and space in particular is referred to as astronomy, in other words, anything outside the atmosphere of the Earth. Astronomy is derived from two Greek words: “astron” (meaning star) and “omos” (meaning sky) (meaning arranging). Astronomers explore both celestial bodies that can be viewed from here (such as the moon, sun, stars, and certain planets) and distant galaxies that can only be observed with sophisticated telescopes. What is Physics?
Physics is the science of matter, energy, forces, mass, and charge, and is considered one of the oldest academic fields on the planet. “Physics” is derived from the Ancient Greek term “physis,” which means nature. Physics is ultimately concerned with gaining an understanding of the cosmos and its rules.
There are two primary disciplines of physics to consider. Classical physics (which predates the 1900s) and contemporary physics are the two types of physics (quantum mechanics as well as the concept of relativity are used in post-1900 physics).
